Back in 2011, Microsoft followed the careers of 8 IT professionals and called the series of interviews, blogs, and real-world video diaries “Career Factor.” I was honored to have been asked to review the resumes of these participants and give them tips on updating and formatting their resumes in Word for their job searches.
